Welcome to Green Vitality (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by an independent developer (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy and the protection of your personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with comprehensive health management services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Health Data: Including but not limited to blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), weight, height, water intake, medication records, sleep duration, dietary records, and calorie consumption that you actively record. This data is used solely to generate charts, health scores, and reminders within the App.
• Camera Data: When you use the "Camera Heart Rate Measurement" feature, the App will temporarily access your phone's camera to detect fingertip pulse fluctuations. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or image data; it is processed in real-time only to obtain heart rate values.
• Device Information: To ensure the safe operation of the App and optimize service experience, we may collect your device model, operating system version, app version number, language settings, and time zone.
• Log Information: When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain usage logs, such as crash reports and performance data, solely for troubleshooting and product improvement.

2. Data Storage and Security

By default, all your health data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be encrypted and backed up through Apple's iCloud service. We cannot access or obtain your personal health data stored in iCloud.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please understand that no security measure is absolutely perfect in the Internet environment due to technical limitations and potential malicious activities.

3. Purpose of Information Use

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide you with health data recording, chart display, trend analysis, health scoring, and medication/hydration reminder services.
• To improve and optimize the App's features, performance, and user experience.
• To respond to your customer service requests and feedback.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We are committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal health data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers. We will not disclose your information to any third party except in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent.
• As required by laws, regulations, court orders, or mandatory government requests.
• When necessary to protect our, users', or the public's rights, property, or safety.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate the following third-party services, each with its own independent privacy policy:

• Apple HealthKit: If authorized by you, the App may read or write data in the Apple Health app (such as steps, heart rate, etc.). We strictly comply with Apple HealthKit usage guidelines and will not use data obtained through HealthKit for advertising or data mining.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can view all your health records within the App at any time.
• Right of Rectification: You can modify your recorded health data at any time.
• Right of Deletion: You can delete specific records within the App, or completely erase all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw authorization for camera, health data, and other permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. We recommend that you review this page periodically for the latest privacy information.
