This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the independent developer of the Green Vitality application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") regarding the download, installation, and use of the Green Vitality application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read all terms of this Agreement carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

Green Vitality is a free health data recording and tracking application. Its core features include but are not limited to: recording and trend analysis of health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar; medication reminders and water intake tracking; camera-based heart rate measurement; sleep and diet recording; daily health scoring; and weight and BMI management.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, please use this App under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Conduct

When using this App, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App for any illegal, infringing, or system-security-compromising activities.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the App.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data you record within the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content of this App (including but not limited to interface design, icons, charts, code, text, trademarks, and logos) is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Without our prior written permission, no one may copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss caused by network conditions, device failures, or force majeure.
• Any consequences resulting from decisions or actions you make based on health data, analyses, or suggestions provided by the App.
• Issues caused by failures or changes in third-party services (such as iCloud, Apple HealthKit).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

6. Modification, Interruption, and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the App's services at any time based on business needs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through in-app announcements or other appropriate means. For changes or termination of free services, we shall not be liable to users or any third party.

7. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the App after the modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified terms, please stop using the App.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules). Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the developer's jurisdiction.
